Which is better (difference)

I was thinking about buying some new ram for my XPS 8500 and i stumbled upon these 2.

I know there are some differences but I don't exactly know what they are. The 6$ really doesnt make a difference to me but I would like to know what im getting if I do pay the extra 6$.

You're getting slightly faster ram and if you don't overclock like an extremist, it won't matter which one you go for. Just go for the cheaper one.

Only speed is different and I don't think it's worth it to pay $6 more.
