Neither, get an i3 instead, faster and much easier to upgrade. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

Well if you can't afford an intel proccesor, the x4 860k is better for gaming, but the fx line is better if you need to render videos or something like that. If you don't want to waste your money though, than buy a core i processor or wait for AMD zen.

It's for a friend. But i think the Intel i3 6100 will be best.
