Recover hdd from Media Creation Tool

Hi,

 

So, a friend wanted to reinstall Windows 10 so he used the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool, but he pointed it to his external 1TB HDD...

The drive is formatted and the install partition is on it.

 

What is the best way/program to recover the files?
