So just today I noticed my CPU's BCLK is fluctuating between 97-98Mhz, "shoudn't it usually be 99-102Mhz?" I thought. So I went to the BIOS to check my settings and it was the same as always (Multiplier at 43x on all cores, BCLK at 100, 1.25 volts, Speed-Step enabled, C-states enabled). I thought maybe Speed-Step or C-states was messing with the BCLK, so I turned it off and checked but it was still not stable. Then I changed windows windows power settings to default and it still had a low BCLK frequency. Any help on this is appreciated. I5 4690k on a Z97 Pro Gamer if that helps.
