Blackscreen new build

Hey guys I just built a new computer for my little brother, I got the parts from newegg list : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.2728768

Its my 3rd build everything is fine everything is at it place. After I installed windows 10, I shutdown the PC and when I plugged it again in the desk, it juste blackscreened....

I tried each ram stick, replugged everything 4 times and still no progress. Please help
