They are all fine. If you aren't putting a GPU in it, the Gigabyte would be the best because it has a HDMI out. The Asrock has the most USB ports if that counts for anything but they are all similar

This is the only option as the 8350 doesn't have any sort of integrated graphics.

Which of these boards would be the best for pairing with an FX-8350 in an HTPC?

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Asrock 970M Pro3

MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX)

EDIT: I should have clarified, there will be a discrete GPU in this build(a GTX 960)

The MSI should not even be considered as it has not heatsink on the vrm, I have used the Gigabyte board an it is an ok board, a little dated, and lacking in features, (only has sata 2 for instance). The ASRock board is fine also, you wont be overclocking on either board, the ASRock is rated for 125w tdp cpus, and uses a newer power phase controller than the Gigabyte (they both use Richtek controllers, specifically RT8868 on the Gigabyte, and RT8871A on the ASRock, if it means anything to you.) the only sketchy thing about the ASrock boards vrms is that the mosfets themselves are not labeled, but in testing it has less vdroop than the Gigabyte, and is a more robust power delivery in general ( can deliver 1.55v, whereas the gigabyte can only do 1.4375v), but that's not saying much seeing as its a 4+1 phase.
