either get a mobo that lets you oc or sav some money and get a non k CPU

idk why you wouldnt want to oc, it takes  maybe 30 mins- a hour and its free ~10% performance

id get more ram if you are making videos, i made a video testing it a while back and 16gb of rm is really benificial when making videos

i would also get a ssd, you wouldnt believe how much faster they make your pc feel and there fore you get a better experience using your pc, and since its black friday im sure you could find a deal

also not that its a bad thing but you could get away with a smaller PSU

Get a regular 4790, get an SSD, maybe a WD Blue, you know there's a pretty big difference between the 1060 3GB and the 1060 6GB right? And get a better PSU, something like the CX450M

4790k is already bought unused from someone. SSD is in the thoughts. 600B is on sale right now for $40. if a cxm were as cheap I'd get one

The CPU is bought from a friend who hasn't used it and foolishly bought it incompatible with his system. So I can get it from him for 200. Wouldn't really want to OC with a meh psu. and I know I could get a much smaller psu but $40 for 600b is a good deal. I think I'll take up your advice for 16gb though
