Looking around this is a genuine windows service which is required for the operation of the machine.

 

I would suggest if you dont already have it install download malware bytes and run a custom scan, make sure all 4 tick boxes are ticked

 

From the 2 drop downs set them to treat Detections as malware select all your hdd/ssd drives and click scan now, this may take a bit of time, depending on how many files you have on your machine.

 

But it should find and allow you to fix any malware thats gotten onto your machine.
