BF1 Fall Update from 130fps to sad high 50s low 60s

I don't know if it's my system or the game itself.

 

Before the Fall Update, I was able to play BF1 on all ultra settings. Getting 120-130 FPS on my i5 6500 and GTX 1070.

 

After the Fall Update, same settings on all ultra. I am now only getting 90fps then sometimes it will dip down to the 50s and 60s FPS.

 

Is it my rig? Or is it the game itself?

 

CPU : i5 6500

Ram : 16gb 2400 Corsair Vengeance LPX

GPU : Zotac GTX 1070 AMP Extreme

Check if its dx12. Some People have Problems with it.

I've turned it off ever since and I've even disabled the GPU Limitation option
