I am correct. The FK120 on the LT720 is better than the ones sold separately. The P12 Max is better than both with AF 137.69 & SP 4.35, and the Phantex T30 is much better.

Separate FK120 fans

Fan Airflow 68.99 CFM
Fan Air Pressure 2.19 mmAq

LT720 FK120 fans

Fan Airflow 85.85 CFM
Fan Air Pressure 3.27 mmAq

I have a DeepCool LT720 AIO I would like to replace the DeepCool FK120 fans with Phanteks T30 is it a good choice or am I wrong?

I am also attaching both fan's specifications, what I see is FK120 have supreme airflow because of higher CFM compared to Phanteks T30

the number shown on the site is for max rpm, the t30 has better airflow across the low and mid range

Phanteks T30 is the absolute goat for PC fans

But, the price of replacing 3 fans for your DeepCool LT720 would be astronomical, even with 3-pack (USD 85 based on Amazon)

I would suggest to buy some really really great but cheap and reliable such as Arctic P12 Max

Based on Hardware Canucks YouTube test, it's one of the top best performing AIO fans with cost USD10 each

(USD 46 for 5 pack, you can keep the spare 2 or replace the front / rear fan if you want for max usage)

I have been using P12 Max for Air Cooler and rear fan, best decision I have ever made

image.thumb.png.50f3c93cd0cdc5fb1823e53dff618a58.png

YouTube test comparison for reference

P.S.

Arctic P12 Max doesn't have PWM plug for daisy chain (most high end performance fans doesn't have it) but the cable is long enough to be plugged around the motherboard. So you're gonna need some 3 way fan splitter or fans controller to be plugged in

P.S.S

Arctic also has P14 Max (140mm) variant if you really wanna go full arctic for your PC fans case

T30 is 100CFM at full speed. I think you would be better off with push/pull using cheaper fans.

I mean, they are pretty decent and all for a consumer fan, but if you want real performance, 120x38 is where you should be looking.

You listed the lowest setting of the T30. On "performance" (middle), the T30 has better AF than that fan, and slightly weaker SP. On "Advanced" (high), it crushes this fan with ease. There are several fans that are "supreme", including the T30 - this is only above average. If you want to cool a rad, the T30 is one of the best options.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

If it's the FKs that DC sells separately, the P12 Max will be stronger.

I don't know if DC mounts them on AIOs but, if they do then it's likely that they are stronger than the FKs sold separately. I say this because the FCs that are sold separately are weaker than the ones on AIOs.

thank you I will get the p12 max as they are cheaper and that would be a decent upgrade over the fk120, t30 would be a bad choice to replace fans cause I can get another lt720 aio with that money
