Spectra not working

Got my Zotac 1070 AMP! a while back, everything as smooth as silk. I recently noticed that the LEDs had turned off. I opened up FireStorm, and the entire Spectra section has been greyed out. I have re-installed/booted, no result. I am installing the English version, (not the Chinese version that doesn't support LEDs in the first place) and i still have the same problem. Anyone have any similar problems/solutions?
