Windows 10 not working

Hi, a few days ago i accidentally deleted a start up file and when i start my computer it says "Boot MGR missing". i would use a computer to use the windows media creation tool and reinstall windows... but i cant because all i have in my house are macs except for my windows computer that doesn't work. i have tried creating a windows install on a flash drive many times, i got all the files onto the drive but my computer doesn't recognize the files and just blinks an underscore. i have even tried to use windows media creation tool on mac by using wine bottler. i'm stuck and need help.

Have you tried creating a bootable USB-stick using a tool called "rufus"?
