decision help on gaming rig

I'm new to the forum and PC building and i need help deciding on what CPU and graphics card to get. I'm getting a 240 GB SSD from Kingston hyper x and a Seagate 1t firecuda sshd

Whats your budget for the build? Edit : just seen that its 400 for gpu/cpu 

You'd be better switching to Intel, do you already have the parts you put amazon links for?

total is like $700 but yes the cpu and gpu is $400 max, i would like to play almost any game like arma to bf1 so looking for some decent parts that will work with what i have. any suggestions

I would return that board. $110 for a board (and especially an AMD one) on a $700 budget is nuts. Even if you have to pay a $15 restocking fee, I'd still return it.
