Changing NAT type

I'm trying to change nat type to open for my pc to play rainbow six siege.

So I have to type my ip adress in the web adress section and make changes in nat type based on the ubisoft and is that it?

You'll need to either enable UPnP on your router, assuming Rainbow Six Siege supports this, or Port Forward the correct ports for the game.

The steps I take when needing to forward ports are as follows:

• assign static IP addresses to everything hardwired into the network - PC's, game consoles, and some laptops
• forward the required ports to the respective devices' IP address, depending on the service it needs to access
