Which Ram do i choose?

So im building with this motherboard:

And now which ram should i choose, i know it cant be too high for the fan, and now whats the best choice? Im thinking ok 16gb, but theres like a million different ram types which one is best choice?

Which one do i choose? is higher mhz better faster? but would it produce more heat? also whats the voltage stuff 1.2 1.3volts i have no idea what it means, how do i choose what is correct best ram for the system?
