WTF Wifi

so guys to keep this quick i use a usb dongle for my pc's wifi, yea i know ethernet is better , but anyway, before i was getting about 30 ping, 30 mbs down and 4 mbs up which is enough to game, but now i get a ping from 150 up to 400 on just normal websites with 3 mbs down and 1 mb up , does anyone have any idea what's going on? thanks, i'm in the uk and i'm on the virgin media 75/5 package

That's wifi for ya... 

Most likely its not an ISP issue, but since you mentioned Virgin media they may be throttling you...

So if you run a speedtest from your phone, you get your normal speed? My guess then is that there's interference. Check what 2.4 GHz band the router is broadcasting on and try changing it to see if it gets better.

how do i do that,it's worth saying my laptop is all goood
