So I have a couple more days before I drop all my money so I'm wondering if there is anything else I should change before purchasing everything (or anything I can make cheaper without losing out on performance).

Big things are the power supply I went way over in case I choose to do SLI anytime in the future, monitors arn't set in stone as I would really love my 144 hz to be 27" for under $250. I had to change the Video card last second due to the EVGA catching fire and don't want to deal with the hassle, and the air cooler I'm having people tell me I can get one for $30-40 that would be the same performance as the Dark Rock Pro, I don't care the noise is not an issue if it will save me $20-30. Anything else you can catch ill be sure to address and take into consideration. Max Spending is that $1500 mark.

The monitors are well priced too, so I don't think you need to change them. Some people say that 1080p on a 27" screen has too low of a dpi, but I personally don't care and I think it is fine. I use 2 27" 1080p everyday and while I wouldn't say 1080p on a 27"' is Ideal, I think it is fine.

Im not sure about $40 for the same performance but you could get this Cryorig one which is on sale in Newegg atm.
