Scream One?

I was looking at the Scream One and it looks great for me because of the claw grip size, light weight, and amazing sensor. I also saw some people say it had ghosting and the scroll wheel was terrible, and that the product was low quality. What do you think of the Scream one mouse? (I am a huge scream fan. I used to watch him back when he played on verygames).
