You need the following at minimum

radiator, (at least a 240 radiator per component)

tubing

fittings (two fitting per component except for reservoir you may need three to fit fill tube to fill loop)

pump

reservoirs

water cooling blocks for the parts you wish to cool

distilled water

some sort of additive or coolant concentrate

These are the minimum hardware components for creating the loops.
