1.35v ddr4 decrease life time of anything?

I want higher performance memory like hyperx savage memory but most of those kits are 1.35v. I read 1.35v can decrease the lifetime of the motherboard and the cpu, im pretty sure that's not true as ddr3 ran at 1.5v and didn't damage anything so im just making sure.

1.35v is fine ?
