My computer turns 5 years old next month, and its about time to give it a good upgrade. In that occation im in need of some help. It would be great if someone would be able to give me some insight on the hardware im wanting to buy, if its compatible with my current hardware and that it fits in my computer case.

My current hardware:
-Corsair Obsidian 650D Midi Tower Black
       -Corair Powersupply TX V2 650W
       -MSI P67A-G45 B3 Socket 1155
       -Intel LGA1155 Core I5-2500K
       -Kingston DDR3 8GB
       -Zotac Geforce GTX570 1280MB
-Corsair SSD (Force Series 3) 90GB
       -Seagate Barracuda (7200.12) 1 TB

What im planning to do, and buy:
-Use my current computer case, powersupply and harddrive.
       -To buy:
               -ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming Socket-1151.
               -Crucial DDR4 16GB (2133MHz).
-Intel Core i5-6600K Skylake + CM TX3 Evo CPU Cooler.
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Windforce.
-Keep my 90GB SSD, eventually buy a new one (im most likely going to upgrade the SSD aswell).

In advance, thank you for your help!

Also, in case you go with @SmashinMachine's idea which is to wait for Intel's Kaby Lake architecture till February, I'd suggest you wait to get your RAM till then too, since currently RAM prices are spiking like crazy and will take some time to settle back down. :)

My Daily Driver:

Acer Predator Helios 300
»« Intel Core i5-8300H »« 16GB DDR4 RAM »« NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB »« Silicon Power A60 512 GB M.2 SSD »«
Toshiba PC L200 1 TB HDD »« Microsoft Windows 10 Home »«

I'd change the TX3 to a Hyper 212 or Cryorig H7 and try and save up for a 1070 if you can, otherwise just stick with the 1060
