Fallout 4 Wont Launch

I haven't played Fallout 4 for a month or so and since i got a new GPU i decided to see what it looked like but when i clicked play it closed and then steam no longer said i was in game. I uninstalled all mods and reinstalled the game but it still didn't work. Any ideas?

Fallout 4 keeps its user information in your "My Documents" folder including game settings etc. 

 

C:\Documents\MyGames\Fallout4 

 

I'd try deleting that folder, or at least the ini files then retrying. 

 

EDIT: Just for the record, if you DELETE the entire folder, you WILL lose your save game. Just try deleting the ini files first.
