How often does one get problems with RAM?

I found a good price for some DDR4 ram - http://www.amazon.in/dp/B00SV7IILC/?tag=pcp03-21

But in case I face any problem with it, it will take a lot of time for RMA, as the store is physically very distant.

So my question is, should I go forth and buy it? How often do we get problems with RAM? (If at all)

Unless you're bad at plugging things in, nothing should go wrong.

 

Run memtest on new sticks to make sure they pass a few runs.

Head over to PCPP to get prices on all RAM and see which ones have the best value for the dollar.

Is it the best speed (bandwidth) and CAS latency in the price range?

I don't know what CAS is, PCPP says its 15. My mobo only supports upto 2133MHz

Should be the best one aside from the aesthetics.
