PC Bottleneck Help

Hello I have a pretty shit computer and i am thinking of upgrading my computer, If there are anybottle necks in my pc Please Tell me(i think its the CPU)

This is my current setup

My setup

CPU:(Shitty) AMD A4-7300 APU

Mombo: MSI A68 HM Grenade

GPU: Nvidia GTX 750Ti

RAM: Coursair Vengence LP 16GB dual Channel

I think its bottlenecked by the cpu

Plz Give me your advice and Thanks.
