I need help finding the cheapest 2560x1440 144hz monitor and i dont think i am i found a pixio monitor but i dont know if its the cheapest, even if its korean please.

the Pixio PX277 is probably your best bet. it has pretty decent reviews but again, it is a korean monitor. there is no height or tilt, and the bezels are pretty big and are glossy, if you care about those things
