Overwatch keeps not responding

Overwatch keeps not responding after i move one step i can look around and use the weapons fine but i cant use any abilities or even move one step online, or offline for some reason i even put the settings at low but it still keeps happening, i have a i7 6850k, gtx 1080, 64 gb of cosair ram, 400 intel gb pcie ssd, 4 tb hybrid hardrive with both having plenty of space left, the gtx 1080 and i7 6850k are both AIO water cooled, so im sure they are not over heating, the refresh rate is at 100mz both the monitor and all the settings, so im not sure what going on please help. and i can play other game fine(CS:GO, league of legends,just cause 2, gear of war 4)

Try a fresh install of OW. also make sure your GPU driver is the latest one. If that doesn't help, Blizzard's support is quite competent, at least from my personal experience.

With those specs you can't run minesweeper at 1 fps, try get a sli titan XP with a 6950x, maybe you can get 0..0000000000001 fpc (Frames per century)
