i want to build a new gaming pc. this is a list of components i have selected so far http://pcpartpicker.com/list/bHHfhq

i would love to hear your opinion about it and hear if you have any suggestions. 

the build will be also some what about the looks, that´s why there are some overpriced items like the formula motherboard. 

i would primarily use it for gaming but besides that also for 3d modeling and rendering

You need to update the link you posted, i said that because you posted the generic link which links to the last part list anyone had open (which for me, happened to be my current build) which is why i said that xD

Yes this will be fine for rendering and modeling. If you want you can overclock this beast probably to 4.2 ghz if you watercool it.
