TV opinion ?

My parents what to change their 20+ years old tv and black friday is at the corner but I don`t know to much about tv.

After waching some videos ,etc. I came acros Philips 49PUH6101 4k.

 

The problem is that i saw at the store that there are 4k tv that have good image and 4k tv`s that have blure, and sucks image (same image).

 

And i don`t know about the quality of this Philips 49PUH6101 4k
