Hi guys, i want build a tiny PC as possible. I look the HDPLEX-250W PSU but i don't know if is enough for an i5 6500+Asus B150 G-Aura+GB-GTX1070-Mini-ITX to play at 4K with max settings as possible. I don't will do overclock.

Another thing, the PSU have a 80+?? certificate? Or doesn't not apply to this kind of PSUs?

Thx!

lmao a 250 watt PSU... what a joke. Pretty much everyone reccomends at least 80+ certification. Since you are getting a GTX 1070, you could cash out on a good PSU, if not, return that and get something more reasonable.

something like this since you said you want a tiny PC. SFX is the smaller form of PSUs you can get.

250w? That's way too small and no. Get rid of it. If you willing to spend on a 1070 I am sure you willing for a new psu too. No don't get it with 6500. Also 1070 won't able to max out 4K (maybe at least 30 ish but not that great)

Thanks. But why you don't recommend 6500? If we forget the thing of the HDP PSU.

Actually i prefer the SF600, it's more quiet than the SS. I had a M1 with the SS PSU and a RVZ02 with a SF600.

I want something like Dan A4-SFX but more cheaper.

i guess go for the one you prefer. Silverstone looks like a smaller form-factor, but if you prefer corsair, go ahead. just check for compatibility, they supposedly support the same wattage anyway

First thing, it's to expensive, and second i don't want do OC, i know how to do, but like i say, i want a tiny pc as possible.

if its too expensive for you, get an i5 6500. it might struggle in some games, and you will see that later down the line of the life of your PC. Also try to get a mini-ITX version of the GTX 1070. If not, get a blower design.

The unit has more than 94% efficiency but as said you wouldn't have enough power for everything they are more designed for SFF low powered applications. As for a CPU a 6500 unit would be a good option especially if your not overclocking.
