RAW Format sd card

Hello i need help with raw format sd card i dont know whats causing it. i took it out of my windows 8.1 pc and put it in my gopro and took a video put it in my mac and worked fine but then when i put it in my pc it says it raw and needs to be formatted. any help would be nice :)
