Android TV box and PC using the same monitor

Hello everyone,

I am planning to get access to the Japanese TV programs using ISakura app (https://japannettv.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&path=20_68&product_id=124) via Beelink X2 Android TV box. My idea is to hook it up to an Asus VG248QE 144hz monitor (https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-VG248QE-Widescreen-Multimedia-80000000/dp/B00B19T7QC/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1479265611&sr=8-8) also being able to use the monitor with my laptop as the second screen via mini DP (e.g switching outputs between TV box and laptop). The monitor/speakers need to receive sound from the tv box. I don't know if it is relevant but I own a Fostex HP-A3 AMP/DAC (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fostex-HP-A3-Optical-stereo-headphone/dp/B0032AKIF2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479266458&sr=8-1&keywords=fostex+hp-a3).

My question: is it possible to organise this idea? And what I need to buy in order to make it real (components, what not, I can buy speakers if needed). Please don't make it super expensive as I am a poor student doing Japanese as a major.

Thank you.
