Rant Topic Ideas?

Hey guys! So I'm taking a presentations course in high school, and this week we basically have to record ourselves ranting out something and I need some good ideas!

So far, the best I could think of ranting is about :

 

- IPhone 7 headphone jack

- Why parents compare children to other children

 

Any suggestions?!?!

Chronic sleep deprivation teenagers get because of school starting times (usually it starts too early) and how it affects productivity. It's good because there is a lot of hard data and it's something to which you can easily add your own personal experience (makes it easy to write/improv the speech)

Rant about the rant you have to do for the class.

 

To add, I don't even know how I would do something like that without cussing during the rant.
