Need help Windows 10 Blue Screen

I built a PC for my friend few months ago..

AMD A8-7600 Kaveri.

 

After he upgraded to Win10, he's experiencing Blue Screens everytime he presses Alt+Tab while playing Dota2.

I tried to check it from Microsoft's website but they are only telling to update the OS.

I hope someone can help, thank you!

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X | MOBO: Gigabyte B550 Vision D | RAM: Crucial Ballistix RGB 32GB 3600MHz | GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision D | PSU: Seasonic Focus+ Gold 750W

He should do a clean install of Win 10. That erases many Errors that occur after the upgrade install.

Main PC: R7 3700X / Gigabyte X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi / Radeon RX 5700 XT / 32GB DDR4-3200 / 250GB & 2TB Crucial MX500 (in HP Prodesk 400 Case)

Laptop: R5 2500U / Radeon Vega 8 / 8GB DDR4-2400 / 500GB SK Hynix BC501 (HP Envy x360 13)

My little Server: i7-7700 / Asrock H110M-ITX / 24GB DDR4-2400 / Samsung 860 Pro 250GB & Seagate Firecuda 2TB / VMware ESXi 6.7

(Don't tell me i should Name them, i don't want to ^^)

Thank you for your response I really appreciate it that you're trying to help us. I think he has not tried it yet, I will tell him. Hopefully this will fix it.
