Silent Micro ATX PSU

I need a micro ATX PSU that's as quiet as possible. The one I currently have is too loud and not very reliable, so I need a new one. I don't have a specific budget, but I would like it to be as cheap as possible.

That's an ATX-sized PSU. It's branded as an mATX probably due to how short it is. Perhaps an EVGA GS or Corsair CX450M/550M would work for you.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
