Homemade Computer Case/Desk

I am working on building a desk/computer case and am looking for some help with mounting some different components, namely a usb 3 audio jack (front IO) and fan controller in the top of the desk. If you look at the pictures you will notice three sections, the to sides will have removable wood tops the middle will be glass. i want to mount the parts in the right side top. Maybe a 2.5 inch drive bracket with nice cover plate.
