raid 0 blacks always "resyncing"

Hey guys I raided my WD blacks but I get very long loading time because they are always "resyncing" how do i speed up sync or get them to stay synced longer as I have never had this happen before

Before you do anything change both sata cables, cant begin to tell you how many times I have fixed sync issues by doing that.

Edit as in known good or New cables

Okay I am using my asus ROG ones that came with my motherboard but yea
