Yep. I'm guessing you just read off the spec sheet on the website and copied the parts? I'd go for an older HD 6950 or the like if you were saving $$$. A E5k/X5k series xeon would be adequate as well.

I actually struggled to find a Motherboard to use the USB on the case. And one of the recommended GPU's. Would a R7 240 do?

I wouldn't go for an R7 240. It is a horrible card, and is basically trashing money. As stated above, an HD 6950 is good. Looking for a newer card, I'd go for a 1050 Ti or RX 460.

k.

My dad has 16GB RAM paired with a R7 240 and is pretty ogod. It can smash any game thrown at it. Maybe not Crysis 3 or Titanfall 2, It can still play Battlefield 1 looking at the recommended specs.

Quad Core 3.1 GHZ AMD Phenom

16GB RAM

2GB Radeon R7 240

Hmm... I doubt it would need 16GB of RAM, if you look at Linus' videos, it runs similarily with 8GB, and can even run with 4. I'd recommend going for a better CPU and GPU since it is a shooter. Playing on decent quality isn't required, but it increases FPS.

Yea. He uses it Professionally for Photoshop

But also plays DDO and talks on Gamevox with it. I think its overkill for what it does. Though his integrated GPU when he bought it was crap. BTW Its a 2009 HP Pavilion. The only thing original is the motherboard, hdd,CD jack, and Windows. He upgraded another 8GB RAM and a R7 240 that he found on EBay, and now is a BEAST.

If you think the R7 240 is a beast, go get a decent mid-range GPU, like the RX 480 or GTX 1060. You will be blown away.
