Weird clicking noise from electronics,Help!

Alright, recently I moved to a new house and I brought my electronics with me, The moment I connected anything to the power outlet it started buzzing!? My PC? Buzzes. Brand new Tv? Buzzes. Ps4? Buzzes. So I went to Radioshack and got myself a power stabilizer, everything still buzzes. The weird thing is that the stabilizer shows completely stable and constant voltage, The buzzing sound is like Electrical arcing?. All the electronics work but there is that sound present. What other variables of current could produce that sound other than voltage? Thanks for your time.

Could it be that you went from a 120v to a place that has 240v? It may happen if you change countries.

Maybe the house is not using the correct cables. Like two phase (live ) cables instead of one neutral and one phase cable.

Yeah, i'd follow cj's suggestions. That doesn't work call in a professional electrician for his expertise in investigating any wiring issues.
