An rx 470 should do the job, even GTA V :)

And it should fit your budget.

Tbh i don't exactly see a reason why you would buy an older generation card when there's a decent newer option.

the i3-6100 is going to bottleneck it? I heard that GTA is very cpu intensive

It should be fine, an rx 470 is a nice match for it. I can play gta V quite well on my 4170 with an rx 480.

well... I would like to play on 1080p Rocket League Overwatch CS:GO And maybe (if the GPU could run it) GTAV

An RX 460 should be just fine for Rocket League, Overwatch, and CS: GO, all maxed out. It's quite cheap here.

GTA V might be a bit of a stretch for the card, in which case, I'd get an RX 470 or RX 480. The 4 GB models are quite cheap, and if you're just staying at 1080p, it shouldn't impact performance much, if at all on this particular title.

It can potentially do this, but a beefier CPU is often not really necessary if you're just getting an RX 470 or RX 460.
