the one with the b150 board. No point in getting a z170 if you are getting a locked chip. If you are planning to upgrade soon to a k chip then get the z170 but it would be cheaper to save up for the k now. Also, I would recommend getting a single 8gb. stick so you can upgrade to 16gb. if you need to

2nd build with a unlocked variant 6500k. Take a 212 evo as good budget cooler, and scimp the HDD and replace for SSD as boot drive. Save up for HDD, that can be added later easily, or even better use current HDD if possible. Perfectly build then that can last several years, and where you don't run into CPU limits.

this is my variation: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/dpWyVY

Ram change: HyperX fury is better

HDD change: WD drives are better than seagate apparently

GPU manufacturer change: i like Zotac

PSU change: this EVGA has higher wattage, and is slightly cheaper (still bronze)

I think this is the best that you can buy.

If gaming is your priority than buy a gtx 1060(3gb) & if you do video rendering etc. then buy rx480 (4gb).

that looks good i think ill go for that thanks

As long as it has all connections you want and proper implementations of like audio and USB speeds, you ar eoverall good to go. OCers might have more use for certain boards with specific funtions, and obviously size adn looks is a thing.

This motherboard is good. It has all the connections that you need. You won't be using all the ports if you buy a b150 so h110 is a better option. I have also chosen a single ram stick so that you can expand your ram in the future (if needed) as this mobo has only two ram slots (& its enough).

You can also chose any other h110 mobo but i think this one is good for its price.
