:( Didn't know they were different Im going to try for 4.2 Or 4 if that wont work. @4.5Ghz it seemed to be stable but in Team Fortress 2 The game crashed frequently. Thanks for the information.

You just got unlucky with the "silicon lottery" aka your chip is a bad overclocker 

 

I had the same with my G3258 Pentium ... cant get it past 4.0 Ghz even at 1.36V ... while many people can get 4.7Ghz on near enough stock voltage and on avg 4.5Ghz on like 1.25 to 1.3V (i think Linus had like 4.7Ghz on 1.36V in his haswell oc guide)

 

Also just by booting up or playing a game you can't tell if its a stable overclock ... watch one of Linus' OC guides to see how to correctly verify if it's actually a stable overclock
