What is the best Budget Cpu and Motherboard to go with GTX 1050 Ti

cheapest 1151 socket motherboard that supports ram speeds of 2666mhz 

Intel i3 6100 and some dual channel 2666mhz RAM.

 

That would be the ideal combo imo.

Faster ram gives some extra frames (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3G-7bfPG2dE)

And by going with Intel you'll have a good upgrade path.
