Gt 730 resolution issue

Hi guys just wanted to ask if someone knows about my issue.

just bought galax gt730 ddr5 1gb last day. after installing it (with the latest drivers) there is a weird lines waving up in the monitor. my resolution is 1366x768. i think the issue is only on the resolution when i turn down the resolution to 1280x720 the lines are gone but sacrificing the display look like little blurred.

Then I tried plugging in it into other monitor with DVI and hdmi(also tried in vga) connection with 1080p resolution. it was just fine no weird lines.

try using a different cable, i had the same problem with my 550 ti

i haven't tried different cable on the same monitor since the monitor only have vga connection. but i tried on different monitor all dvi,vga and hdmi connections works just fine.
