MSI H110m PRO-D Bios Update

Hey, if someone knows how then please explain, what do I have to do to setup my pc correctly and also how to install newer bios (step by step what I have to do) and how to install windows 10 from usb. Sorry I am a beginner. 

 

 

And how/where do I connect the nzxt n450 usb and led and power connectors. I know its a place with kind of pins but there are many and if someone could make a picture showing where each small connector goes that would be great. (Only for pc and mobo connection)
