Edgerouter Reset Help

Hey guys, I'm rebuilding my home network and I would like to run the Basic Setup Wizard on my Edgerouter X. I reset the thing already but Basic Setup isn't appearing anywhere, and none of the other wizards are allowing the thing to take in wan and serve up some good ol' internet. 

 

Help please.

I actually just fixed the issue. I just reinstalled the image for a full on reset, but now my edgerouter won't make anysort of Internet connection.

 

Even more interestingly, using the 2LAN2 wizard configuration, I can't access my ERX's gui with a wan hookup (My wan port is set to eth0).

My edgerouter is currently useless. Possibly the new version of the software causing it. I'm going to try and dig out an older image and push it

Which image are you using?

 

Did you setup your WAN connection correctly (dhcp, pppoe)

So update, my ERX is working, but I took it off my network entirely and put my wireless router into cascade with the Verizon Gateway.

I was using the software version 1.9 off of Ubiquiti's support site, and I used the wizards to do everything.

 

It also appears my ONT just doesn't want to give internet to anything but the Verizon Gateway, i tried a few routers, and computers (Direct ethernet hookup) and nothing.

Its not a big deal really, I got the ERX because my TWC modem didn't wanna give full bandwidth(300/20) to my TPLINK router despite it having the gigabit inputs and outputs, so I needed the erx to pull full bandwidth and then distribute, and it did it just fine.

The provided Verizon gateway doesn't give me that issue, and my TPLINK is working just fine.
