Need help With skyrim

I just downloaded skyrim on my new (first) rig. When I start it up the cart starts going everywhere and it just gets stuck and I can't do anything. Anyone have any idea whats wrong?

Have you disabled V-Sync? The engine Skyrim runs on has physics calculations tied to framerate, so when your framerate goes over ~100, you get heaps of odd physics bugs like that.

That happened to me when I literally first got in the game. They were talking and when we got to the gates they wouldn't open. I think you have to mess around with its settings in GeForce experience. Make sure your frame rate is stuck at 60FPS that was my problem as I had my monitor at 144

No problem, I'm pretty sure now that your problem is solved you must use the marked solved thing. For me it's a little check mark underneath the post of the user.
