Stuck between two ideas

So I have about 1200$ to spend and I was trying to save some of it but here is what is happening so far. I can buy a 5820k for 175$. It sounds pretty risky so far but Meh.

Or I can buy a 5820k, msi x99 Rader, GB 980ti hybrid, 16gb ddr4, h100i, antec 750 psu, 1tb hdd, acer 27" monitor, a few other things go like a case and keyboard I think. which sounds like a better idea to go for? Because withe 175$ 5820k I can expand more and buy a better mobo and more ram and I can buy a 500gb ssd. But with the build I can sell a 980ti, case, psu, and a few other smaller things so. I am pretty stuck. Also the build is fully 1200$ so yeah.
