Hello,  I was not really sure on what sub I should post this but here goes. I've recently been getting some strange video artifacts whenever I try and watch a video on youtube or any other platform that hosts videos (even on my own local pc files) it kinda looks like https://gyazo.com/0a71a3592c0522a60f994b05a0241f9d   it  goes away after 1 or 2 seconds but still it is kinda annoying.

I have never had this happen to me before, does anyone know why this is just now starting to happen, and what I can do to fix it?

Might be something wrong with the GPU driver. Try reinstalling it. Also, if you have overclocked, that might also be the problem.

"May your frame rates be high and your temperatures low"

I misread titles/posts way too often--correct me if I don't.
