Help with bf1 fps

Hello, 

I have seen the new video about bf1 which got me the idea to ask for help here.  

So my pc is: 

I5-4590

Gtx 1070

12 gb ddr3 ram

Some 500 w psu

 

So since i had the game i had some issues, from what i see i should get better preformence than i do get. I play on medium taa and fxaa off, no motion blur, and even some settings low like effects. 1080p and 70fov.

Now, my fps is all over the place i can get between 100 and even down to 40 fps in crowded areas. I think i should get some more but maybe im wrong.

 

While i play my gpu is at 50% and the cpu is 97%+ and sometimes (often) topping at 100. (degrees are around 60c at both cpu and gpu)

I dont know what i can do and hope for help, thanks

Your cpu is bottlenecking

Well i realized that, but from what ive seen this cpu should be fine not amazing. Also in the video just posted it was said that quad core i5 should do fine.
