*PLEASE HELP* Inverted ATX case?

Hi, so I'm building a new system over a few years (parts are very expensive) and i want to run a custom loop, quite elaborate and so on, and i need an inverted atx case as my pc is on the left side of my desk. But have found my options to be limited to the 600c from corsair, which definatly isn't a bad option, however there isn't a basement and i would like to hide the pump in there for a cleaner look. I also don't want to go with a caselabs case as they are way out of my price range. Does anyone have any suggestions for a inverted atx case with a large side window and a basement? Thanks.
